Risk Description

The extension cord uses a conductor with a cross-sectional area that is too small, which may cause it to overheat during use, leading to fire and burns. Moreover, the plug of a protection class-I appliance can be inserted into the socket of the extension cord, intended for appliances of protection class-II. A user who connects a class-I device to the extension cord may receive an electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive.
