Risk Description
The head of the doll contains bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (measured value 14.5 % by weight). This phtalate is toxic and harmful for the health of children and could cause possible damage to the reproductive system.According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited in toys or childcare articles that can be placed in the mouth by children.
