Pressure washer was recalled on 4 January 2008 under EU Safety Gate alert 1361/07. Electric shock risk reported by Spain. The product poses a risk of electric shock because:- the machine has insufficient level of ingress protection against liquids,- there is no warning to users to wear hearing protection,- the machine’s data plate does not include any information on pressure units and water volume,- the instruction manual contains incorrect pressure units and there is no symbol or indication to “read the instruction manual”,- no exploded view of the machine is provided,- no indications concerning the airborne noise emitted by the machine is provided.

Machine with green and black housing, wheels on both sides, a handhold at the top and a trigger gun attached to the back. Near the handhold is a sticker with a white background bearing the text "MAR HPC 1900". The packaging is a cardboard box reading "POND 4554 MARL HPC 1900 WATT 230 V-50 Hz. 180 E BAR MAX. PRESSURES 110 BAR 360 L/h 5400338021718 CE".
