Risk Description
The product poses a risk of electric shock because:1. In the transformer of the appliance an output wire of the primary winding is in contact with a wire of the secondary winding.2. On the printed circuit board there is only one capacitor connected between the primary and secondary circuits.3. In the transformer there are only two layers of tape between the primary and secondary windings. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60335.
