Risk Description
The insulation between the live primary parts and the accessible output connector is insufficient. In addition, the capacitor bridging the basic insulation between mains voltage and metal enclosure is not the required Y2 type. As a result, the user could touch accessible live parts and receive an electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor the relevant European standard EN 62368-1.
