Risk Description
The primary and secondary circuits are not sufficiently insulated from each other and are linked by an inadequate condenser. Moreover, the dielectric strength between the parts supplying the safety extra-low voltage circuit is insufficient. A user may touch accessible live parts of the product and receive an electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standard EN 61347-1 and EN 61347-2-13.
