Risk Description
The cross-sectional area of the internal and external cores is too small and the wires may overheat. The lamp cover can be removed easily and live parts may become accessible. The pins of the built-in plug do not have an insulating collar. The dimensions of the plug are such that the user may touch the live pins when connecting the plug. The plastic part near the pins is not sufficiently resistant to heat and fire and may therefore catch fire.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
