The product poses a risk of :- fire because the lamp is not adequately stable and could fall over,- electric shock because the plug does not have the same degree of protection as the lamp.In addition, safety instructions, a mark of origin, Class II symbol or corresponding symbols for luminaires are not provided.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
