Portable clip-on lamp was recalled on 24 October 2008 under EU Safety Gate alert 1183/08. Electric shock, Fire risk reported by Poland. The product poses a risk of electric shock and fire because : - there is no cord anchorage to prevent the power supply cord from being pulled out, - wires in metal parts of the fitting lack insulation, - wires are not correctly welded, - the insulation lining and sleeves can be easily moved.

Risk Description

Product Description
A clip-on desk lamp with a black, plastic and metal base and a blue plastic shade. The product can be fastened to parts of furniture by means of a clip. The E-27 screw thread bulb can be installed in the fitting.
