Risk Description
The product poses chemical risks because it contains 18.2%, 28.4% and 6.6% by weight of di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP) in the purple, flesh-coloured and pink plastic of the shoes, and 9.3% and 2.4% by weight of di-isononylphtalate (DINP) in the plastic of the head and legs and in the pink plastic of the shoes.According to the REACH Regulation, phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited when the toy or childcare article can be placed in the mouth by children.
