Plug adaptor kit
Plug adaptor kit was recalled on 12 January 2007 under EU Safety Gate alert 0008/07. Electric shock risk reported by Finland. There is a risk of electric shock due to the fact that the pins of the plug part of the adaptor are accessible when it is partly inserted into a class 0 socket-outlet and the pins make contact with the contacts.

Risk Description
There is a risk of electric shock due to the fact that the pins of the plug part of the adaptor are accessible when it is partly inserted into a class 0 socket-outlet and the pins make contact with the contacts. Live parts of plugs shall not be accessible when the plug is in partial engagement with a socket-outlet. Furthermore, it is possible to insert only one pin of a euro plug and of CEE 7 class 0 and I plugs into the socket-outlet part of the adaptor. It shall not be possible to make contact between a pin of a plug and a live socket-outlet part of an adaptor, whilst any other current carrying pin is accessible.This product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60884.
