Plug adaptor was recalled on 27 April 2012 under EU Safety Gate alert 0625/12. Electric shock risk reported by Spain. The product poses a risk of electric shock because:- it does not have shutters to protect the holes;- it is possible to insert one pin into the live socket of the adaptor while the other pin is freely accessible.
