Risk Description

This product poses a risk of choking because the wooden fish of the toy was detached during tests and was divided into two pieces which fitted wholly within the test cylinder.This product poses a risk of injuries because the pointed end of the screw fastening on each of the three sucker feet became accessible when the suckers were easily unscrewed without the use of tools and were deemed to be potentially hazardous sharp.

Plastic and wooden boat on a circular base with a plastic mirror and activity wires and beads attached. The sample was received in an open fronted, labelled, cardboard box packaging.
