Plastic wind-up toy was recalled on 3 April 2020 under EU Safety Gate alert A12/00526/20. Choking risk reported by Lithuania. Small parts (the nose, the wheel and the wrench) can easily be detached from the toy.

Risk Description
Small parts (the nose, the wheel and the wrench) can easily be detached from the toy. A small child may put them in the mouth and choke on them. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
