Plastic toy "Snake" - Magic Aqua Grow. was recalled on 12 October 2007 under EU Safety Gate alert 1009/07. Choking risk reported by Germany. The product poses a serious risk of choking because: - the tongue of the snake and the segmented end of the tail/individual segments of the end of the tail can be torn off very easily before and after soaking, - the tongue and the entire end of the tail fit into the small parts test cylinder,- the soaking tests showed that the toy and the individual parts which can be torn off become approximately 150% bigger when soaked in water.

Risk Description

Snake toy which expands when soaked, 40 cm long, made of solid plastic, the back is reddish-brown with black marks, the underside yellow, and the tongue is red.
