Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because the plastic straps of the toy shoes contain 3.5% by weight of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP). In addition, the plastic straps of the toy contain 14.5% by weight of diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP).According to the REACH Regulation, the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited in toys or childcare articles that can be placed in the mouth by children.
