Risk Description

The suction cup of the projectiles can easily detach. A child may put them in the mouth and choke. In addition, a projectile can hit a child's eye causing injuries and damage to sight. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1.

This recall involves a choking, damage to sight, injuries hazard related to Plastic toy set.

About this risk

Choking: This product contains small parts that can detach and pose a choking hazard, or its size and shape make it dangerous for young children if swallowed or placed in the mouth. Damage to sight: This product can cause eye damage due to excessive light emission (e.g., lasers), projectiles, or chemical splash risk. Injuries: This product has a design or manufacturing defect that can cause physical injuries such as cuts, bruises, fractures, or other bodily harm during normal use.

Recommended action

Choking: Remove the product from children immediately. Check if any small parts are missing. If a child has swallowed a part, seek medical attention immediately. Return the product to the retailer. Damage to sight: Stop using the product immediately. If you have experienced eye discomfort, consult an ophthalmologist. Keep the product away from children. Injuries: Stop using the product immediately. Check yourself and family members for any injuries. Store the product safely out of reach and contact the retailer or manufacturer for a replacement or refund.

Who is at risk?

Children under 3 years old are at highest risk. Supervise older children as well. All users, especially children who may look directly at bright light sources. All users, particularly children and elderly people who may be more vulnerable to injury.
