Plastic toy flower and xylophone was recalled on 7 October 2016 under EU Safety Gate alert A12/1251/16. Choking risk reported by Spain. Small parts (the yellow cap on the handle of the flower and the screws from the xylophone) can easily be detached from the toy.

Risk Description
Small parts (the yellow cap on the handle of the flower and the screws from the xylophone) can easily be detached from the toy. A small child may put them in the mouth and choke.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
