Risk Description
The graphic symbol indicating that the toy is not suitable for children under 3 years is displayed on the box. However, given the toy's nature and functions, it is in fact intended for this age group. This product poses a serious risk of choking because the small parts detached and became accessible for children during the drop test. A child can swallow or choke on the small parts which became detached. The warnings which must be placed on toys with batteries are incomplete.This toy does not comply with the Toys Directive and the Toys Standard.
