Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because the aromatic oil used in preparing the rubber mixture was creosote oil, which is considered a dangerous substance under Directive 67/548/EEC. It is a category 2 carcinogen and, in the short-term, is an irritant to the eyes, skin and respiratory tract.This product does not comply with the Chemical Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC.
