Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because the different coloured strands contain: - between 2.6-23% (pink 22%) by weight of di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), - between 2.8-22% (pink 2.8%) by weight of dibutyl phthalate (DBP). These phthalates are banned in toys by the Chemical Restrictions Directive 79/769/EEC.
