The product poses a chemical risk because it contains 7% of di-2-ethyl-hexylphthalate (DEHP) in the spinning top's coloured wire insulation (permitted limit value: 0.1%).According to the Chemical Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC, certain phthalates in toys are prohibited.

Plastic spinning top which lights up and produces sound; colours: black, orange, blue and transparent; height: 105 mm; wires inside the spinning top; cardboard packaging with transparent display window and printed inscription (extract): "illuminated spinning top with sound, code 27722001241000000200, CE mark, Caution!
