Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk due to excessive phthalates content. The results of tests on samples of the coloured plastic (bears and cubs) and coloured flexible plastic for DNOP show that the maximum permitted concentration (0.1% by mass) is exceeded:- coloured plastic: 0.2% by mass,- coloured flexible plastic: 3.9% by mass.The product does not comply with the Chemicals Restrictions Directive.
