Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because: - the foil of the inflatable toy contains 16.0% by weight of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), and 0.20 % by weight of di-“isononyl” phthalate (DINP), - the valve of the toy contains 0.94% by weight of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and 0.15% by weight of di-n-octyl phthalate (DNOP). According to the Chemical Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC, certain phthalates in toys are prohibited.

Product Description
Toy - Inflatable turtle float with shade canopy made of softened PVC. The float is yellow, blue and green. On the float is a safety warning in English. The toy is packed in a cardboard box with a picture and description of the float and a safety checklist. A sticker in Latvian with the name of the distributor and warnings is attached to the packing.
