Risk Description
These products pose a chemical risk because it contains di- "isononyl" phthalate (DINP) in a concentration greater than maximum limit of 0.1% by weight. Although not intended to be placed in the mouth, this toy could clearly come into contact with a child's mouth and be sucked on.According to the Chemical Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC, certain phthalates in toys are prohibited.
