Risk Description
The toy poses a chemical risk because the plastic head (which can be placed in the mouth) of doll contains 33% of di-isononyl-phthalate (DINP) by mass of plasticized material, which exceeds the maximum allowed limit of 0,1%. This product does not comply with the Chemicals Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
