Risk Description

The battery compartment can be easily opened without use of any tools and the batteries inside are easily accessible. If a child puts them in the mouth, the battery can release electrolyte which can be ingested by the child and cause damage to the gastrointestinal tract Moreover the battery pack overheats, which may lead to burns. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with European standards EN 62115.

Product Description

Battery-powered toy gun resembling an M416 assault rifle, designed to fire rehydrated gel balls. The toy is powered by a Li-ion battery pack which can be charged using the USB cable provided. It is made up of several plastic parts, which have to be assembled, and a detachable magazine for the projectiles.
