The products poses a risk of:- suffocation because the ventilation area is less than 1 300 mm² ( required by the standard),- burns because the hat and band fail the flammability test.

Product Description
Pirate mask with a hat with a red band. The label bears the following wording: ‘This is not a toy; it is for fancy dress. Not recommended for children under 14 years of age. Keep away from fire.’ The importer identification, the wording ‘Made in China’ and the barcode also appear on the label.
