Risk Description
The product has small parts (sequins) which can easily become loose. A small child may put them in the mouth and choke.Moreover, the buckle of the witch's hat is too large, which may lead to strangulation.Also, the hat is easily flammable and the flame propagation is too high. If it catches fire, the child could suffer burns. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1.
