The product contains an unknown amount of nicotine-containing liquid. This could lead to accidental consumption of a high dose of nicotine. Nicotine is acutely toxic and can endanger the user’s safety, notably if the product comes into contact with the skin or is ingested. Furthermore, the product does not include an information leaflet or a list of ingredients on the packaging. As a consequence, consumers cannot make informed decisions regarding the safe use of the product. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Directive.
