Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because it contains 78 mg/kg of nickel. According to the Council of Europe Resolution ResAP (2008)1, nickel levels in tattoo inks must be as low as technically achievable as nickel has a high allergenic potential. The application under the skin of tattoo inks containing nickel results in permanent contact with a sensitising allergen.
