Risk Description
Persons in commercial building where product is used are not able to escape from the building because the reaction to fire properties of the product is D or worse (if not fitted correctly) when claimed to be class B. Thus the product does not slow down the spread of fire in the building, particularly in any open emergency escape stairways with exposed HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) piping.

Product Description
Thermal foam pipe insulation coated with aluminium foil that is glued to the foam to provide a vapour barrier and is chemically coated. The insulation is used for heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and is suitable for copper, steel and plastic pipe work. Supplied in a cardboard box.
