The product poses a risk of burns because: - the area around the exhaust outlet of the engine has an unprotected exposed surface which can reach high temperatures, - if fuel leaks out, as may happen when the tank is being filled, there is nothing to prevent it from dripping onto the area around the exhaust outlet.
