Risk Description
Due to its characteristic form, colour and size, the product may be mistaken for foodstuff. This may lead children to put it in the mouth, suck or ingest it. The balls expand when soaked and if ingested by a child they could cause occlusion of the digestive system. In addition, the balls may be put in the mouth by small children, get stuck and obstruct the airways, posing a risk of choking.The product does not comply with the requirements of Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
