Risk Description
The shape, colour, appearance and size of the product is such that vulnerable consumers, such as children, may confuse them with real fruit.The stalks of the peppers, pears and apples can break easily, they could be confused with food and swallowed by children.The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
