Risk Description
This product poses a risk of electric shock because the unit has been incorrectly wired because the earth conductor has been incorrectly connected to the LIVE terminal. In addition, the LIVE conductor has been cut short and left, with the end uncovered, inside the metal tube of the unit. Therefore, upon investigation as to why the bulb is not illuminating, a user could come into contact with the live metal pendant and without the protection of the earth, would come into contact with a hazardous voltage.This product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 60598.

No packaging. The product is a pendant luminaire. It hangs from the ceiling in 2 stages; first stage by a single metal chain and second stage by 3 short metal chains. It is spherical in the shape of an inverted pyramid.
