Risk Description
The product poses a risk of injuries because the power steering hose may come into contact with the engine cooling fan. Should this occur, the subsequent chafing on the hose could lead to sudden drainage of power steering oil and a consequent loss of power steering assistance. This problem was the subject of a previous recall but the corrective action taken was found not to be fully effective.
