The product poses a risk of injuries because some affected vehicles have incorrect software calibration number (SCN) codes. Incorrect SCN coding could affect control of the engine cut-off, in the event of a crash, the onboard diagnosis interface and the fuel and speed indicators.

Car manufactured by Daimler AG. The vehicles in question were built between 2003 and 2008, and passed through the workshop during the periods from 15 to 17 April 2008 and from 5 to 10 June 2008.
