Risk Description

These cars may cause a risk of fire due to shorting at the alternator terminal. In the vehicles affected, a possible short-circuit at the alternator terminal B+ may cause the protective and insulating material to melt. It is not impossible for fire to occur in the engine compartment when the vehicle is travelling or has been parked.
