Risk Description
Due to a defective weld, the tie-rod assembly for the rear-wheel suspension may break, resulting in loss of control of the vehicle and risk of an accident and injury.A weld on the tie-rod assembly for the right rear-wheel suspension does not meet the specification. The assembly could therefore break at this point, with the result that the right rear wheel would no longer be steered correctly and the driver would loose the control of the vehicle.
