Risk Description
Several paints and pencils contain high concentrations of metals, especially the green paint: 31795 mg/kg Lead, 16427 mg/kg Chromium, 49 mg/kg Arsenic, 765 mg/kg Antimony, 7160 mg/kg Barium. The presence of the metals in cosmetics is restricted by the European Cosmetics Directive 76/768/EEC. The measured concentrations are well over the acceptable limits for these metals.This product does not comply with the Cosmetic Directive 76/768/EEC.

Plastic and carbon box containing face painting kit: 6 colouring crèmes, 4 crayons, 2 brushes, 2 make up sponges, 1 mirror, 1 glitter cream, pattern paper (blue plastic). Instructions of use in English on one side of the box, including «not suitable for children under 5 years old », and « choking hazard – small parts not for children under 5 years » (see photos).
