Risk Description
This product poses a risk of choking because the button batteries are accessible without the aid of a tool, and the cover can be opened without executing at least two movements simultaneously. This toy presents an asphyxia hazard if the batteries are swallowed. This toy does not comply with the Toys directive and the relevant European standards EN 71-1 and EN-50088.

Product Description
Three toy mobile telephones with different forms. One is blue, another grey and the third is grey and black. They are sold in a blister pack, and the labelling includes the following statements: "Color Baby" Happy Phone with light and sound. Attention: not recommended for children under the age of 36 months: small parts. Keep instructions. Do not mix new and old batteries. Distributed by Color Baby, ref 3281".
