Risk Description
The soother holder has a chain which is too long and small parts can be broken off it. A small child may put the small parts or the fastening into the mouth and choke on them. The chain may cause strangulation and the holes in the links could lead to entrapment of the child's fingers. The lack of holes in the garment fastening could cause the child to suffocate. The product does not comply with the relevant European Standard EN 12586.
