Risk Description

The grey soft plastic material contains an excessive amount of diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP) (measured value: 33,01% by weight). This phthalate may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to their reproductive system. In addition, the product contains short chain chlorinated paraffins (SCCPs) (measured value: 0,23% by weight). SCCPs persist in the environment, are toxic to aquatic organisms at low concentrations and bioaccumulate in wildlife and humans, posing a risk to human health and the environment. The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation and the Regulation on persistent organic pollutants (POP Regulation).
