Risk Description
The firework battery is unstable and can fall over during burning, meaning that the individual fireworks shoot out in unintended directions. The persons nearby could be hit by the shock wave, burning material and/or flames with the risk of burns, injuries and damage to the eyes. Moreover, the sound pressure level is too loud. Consequently it can cause damage to hearing. The product does not comply with the requirement of the Pyrotechnics Directive and the relevant European standard EN 15947.
