Risk Description
The product poses a health risk because the liquid contains 6.16 g/100g of anionic tenside which, if swallowed, may cause aspiration pneumonia. Due to its characteristic form, appearance and packaging, consumers may mistake the product for foodstuffs and therefore swallow the liquid.The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
Product Description
Plastic bottle with approximately 2cm opening, 3 adhesive labels and screw cap. The bottle is filled with brown liquid, cream and foam. The liquid has a sweet smell with a slight scent of beer. The taste is unpleasant but not bitter.
