The product poses a risk of burns because it is attractive to children.The product does not comply with the Commission Decision 2006/502/EC prohibiting the placing on the market of novelty lighters.
Product Description
Novelty Lighter with a brown body. The front has an image of a dart board which is surrounded by LED lights. When the top cover is opened to ignite the lighter the LEDs begin to flash.
