Nightlight was recalled on 15 January 2010 under EU Safety Gate alert 0008/10. Electric shock, Fire risk reported by Hungary. The product poses a risk of: - electric shock because the insulation is not sufficient between live parts and accessible metal parts and because the bulb can be replaced when the lamp is connected to the mains supply,- fire because the flame resistance of the plastic cover is not sufficient.

Risk Description

Product Description
The lamp has a plastic cover and can be directly plugged into the socket outlet. It has a transparent plastic lamp shade, which can be removed without using a tool. The lamp is supplied with an E12-capped candle bulb. Main components: E12 lamp holder, supply switch (KC-995; 250 V; 3 A AC)
