Risk Description
The cable is not properly anchored and is too thin. The accessible wires have only basic insulation and can come into contact with sharp edges of the controller unit. The cable could detach or get damaged, leaving live conductors accessible. The dimensions of the mains plug are substantially less than required. The user could touch accessible live parts, which may cause an electric shock. The cable could overheat, leading to burns or fire.
