Risk Description
This product poses a chemical risk because it contains 0.2 % and 5.4 % of Dibutyl Phthalate. The use of Dibutyl Phthalate is prohibited in cosmetics by the Cosmetics Directive 76/768/EEC. Dibutyl Phthalate may cause harm to unborn children and impaired fertility. Phthalates have a negative effect on the development of male/female reproductive organs. Especially children are vulnerable as their body is developing and can be negatively affected by these toxic substances.
